Subscription also requires download of the Rialto E-Bikes app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Order your Rialto E-Bikes electric bike with a security deposit of $50.00. The deposit is fully refundable when the bike is returned at the end of your subscription. All subscriptions are based on our current e-bike availability. Subscription includes a battery charger and safety vest. Bicycle helmets can also be provided as needed.

Will I be getting a brand new e-bike?

Our current inventory of Rialto E-Bikes are both new and pre-leased e-bikes in good condition that are tuned-up and inspected for safety prior to pick up.

Are there different sizes of the Rialto E-Bike?

With our adjustable seats, the Rialto E-Bike can comfortably accommodate people of heights from 5’ to 6’5”.

How much does a Rialto E-Bike weigh?

A Rialto E-Bike with the battery inserted weighs about 60 pounds.

How do I get my Rialto E-Bike?

Rialto E-Bikes rented as part of this subscription plan are not delivered to your personal address. When your e-bike is ready, you will be given instructions on collecting the bike at a location near the downtown Rialto civic plaza.

What if I want to cancel my pre-order before I pick up the bike?

Your order is fully refundable should you decide to cancel before receiving your Rialto E-Bike.

What happens if there is a maintenance issue?

Repairs and tune-ups are provided by local bike mechanics. There is no cost to you for repairs related to normal wear and tear. Repairs costs resulting from misuse of the bikes, such as riding recklessly or off road, are the responsibility of the subscriber. Repair times vary depending on the damage and parts available.

What if my Rialto E-Bike is stolen?

If your e-bike is stolen and we are unable to recover it, the security deposit would be forfeit and you will lose eligibility for this program.

What if I lose my battery charger?

If you lose your battery charger, your security deposit would be forfeit. A replacement charger may be purchased for $30.

How do I return my Rialto E-Bike at the end of my subscription?

Once you are ready to return your e- bike, you will need to notify the Rialto E-Bike support team. We will schedule the return process at a location near the downtown Rialto civic plaza.
